PUBLIC RELEASE – Bid Announcement
Easterseals North Georgia, headquartered at 815 Park North Boulevard, Clarkston, GA 30021, is accepting bids for food vendor services for the Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federal nutrition program funded by the USDA to ensure children and adults throughout Georgia have access to nutritious meals. Easterseals North Georgia will be serving an estimated 13,000 meals weekly for breakfast, lunch, and snack Monday-Friday across DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Jackson, Madison, Walton, and Barrow Counties. We are seeking vendors who can service each of these counties.
The initial contract period is May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026. Potential contract renewals (up to four) will align with the CACFP fiscal year and last a twelve-month period from October 1 through September 30.

The Invitation for Bid will close on Wednesday, April 1, 2025, and physical copies of the completed bid packet must be received by Ms. Watson no later than 5:00 PM. A public bid opening will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM at 815 Park North Boulevard, Clarkston, GA 30021. Contracts will be reviewed by Bright from the Start.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
